
If you receive a notification on your iOS device that says "Community has been closed. Please re-open the application." one of the following things has happened.
1. You have started to use an application that requires access to the same VPN protocols as the community app uses.
Once you are done using your app close it and re-open the Roy Morgan Community App, this will make sure data is still being received.
2. You have swiped up to close the Roy Morgan Community App.
Chances are you were cleaning up your open apps and closed the Community App in the process so all you need to do is reopen it.
3. The App has timed out.
Apple's iOS operating system can shut down background apps at times to improve the efficiency of your phone. If you do see the notification all you need to do is go reopen the Roy Morgan Community app.
